Includes 6 views, including front, sides, obliques, and anterior. $50 Doctor Consultation - After screening 15 minute phone consultation * A follow up doctor consultation is mandatory. If you have a referring physician please contact them for a $50 discount referral code.

Cancellation Policy

For appointments with a payment required $50.00 is non-refundable in the event that you no show for your appointment or give less than 24-hour cancellation without rescheduling.
